We are happy to include drop-in groups in our offerings even though they do not meet at Auntie's.

In addition to those at libraries around the region, we have two specialty groups to mention: the Dark City Mystery Book Group which (surprise) reads mysteries; and the GLBT Book Group (Gay Lesbian Bisexual & Transgender Book Group) covering many styles of writing from fiction to nonfiction titles.

Dark City Mystery Group:

For those who enjoy a little suspense. Meets the third Monday of the month at 7 p.m. E-mail linda@auntiesbooks.com for meeting location. At present (1/12/11), they are meeting at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 1104 W. Heroy. They'd love to have drop-ins or new members!

GLBT Book Group:

Meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. and reads mostly fiction, with some memoirs and other nonfiction selections. They are presently meeting at the Community Center, 1522 N. Washington.  Contact Melissa at 838-0206 for details.
