Seattle author Langdon Cook presents his book, Fat of the Land: Adventures of a 21st Century Forager. A former editor at Amazon.com, Langdon Cook moved with his wife and son to a cabin off the grid and became a master forager of delicacies including Dungeness crabs and wild nettles, berries and mushrooms galore. As a side note, a few members of our staff met Langdon at a recent book conference and were higly enticed by his stories and how he came to foraging. This should be a great reading, not to be missed!
